The MegaRAID SAS 8300XLP zero-channel RAID (ZCR) adapter converts a motherboard’s own onboard SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) controller into a powerful RAID solution, allowing for an easy and low-cost upgrade path to SAS RAID. This low-profile, intelligent PCI-X to SAS RAID adapter is ideal for 1U and 2U server environments. With 128MB integrated ECC SDRAM, battery backup support and the power of the Intel® IOP321 (400 MHz) I/O processor, the MegaRAID SAS 8300XLP provides unmatched reliability and performance.
